Replacing radiators or modernising selected components
After alterations, old radiators may no longer suit the room layout or planned heating technology. Their condition and ease of operation can also prompt modernisation. We consider radiators, connections, valves and the existing heating supply together. Modernisation does not automatically mean replacing every radiator.
A single radiator
Would you like to replace a living room radiator, bathroom radiator or heated towel rail? Photos, dimensions and connection positions help with coordination. Also state the reason, such as bathroom modernisation or a damaged radiator. The suitable design is checked for the installation conditions.
Several radiators in an apartment or house
When replacing radiators in several rooms, we plan the work as a coordinated project. A list of rooms, quantities and existing radiators helps with preparation. We also discuss modifications to connections, valves or thermostats and the access required.
Housing portfolios and commercial properties
For property managers, owners’ associations and businesses, we coordinate quantities, apartment types and work stages. This includes contact persons, plant rooms and coordination with occupants. You can enquire about radiator replacements in offices or several rented apartments as one project.
Modernising heat distribution to suit the heating system
Room use, required heat output, connections and heating system temperatures are all part of planning. When installing a new heat pump or replacing heating, we consider heating surfaces and the heat source together. Suitable radiators can remain; elsewhere, larger heating surfaces or new connections may make sense. Adjusting valves, thermostats and settings can also be part of modernisation. We clarify the required scope and whether hydraulic balancing is appropriate based on your building.
What determines the cost?
The number and type of radiators matter for a quotation, as does the installation effort. Pipe alterations, access and valve work affect the scope. Removal, transport away and the required work on the heating system are coordinated. Photos help with preparation; we clarify personally whether dimensions, documents or a site visit are needed. The quotation relates to your actual project.
Scheduling work to suit the building
Before starting, we discuss the affected rooms and possible interruptions to heating. For communal systems, we coordinate with owners or property management. Material availability, access and scope determine scheduling. Installation, connection work and the agreed functional check are planned together. We note your preferred timeframes; a firm duration can only be stated after the installation conditions are clarified.

Questions about radiator replacement and modernisation
Can I have just one radiator replaced?
Yes. You can enquire about a single radiator or several radiators. We coordinate the design, location and timing to suit the project.
Do all radiators need replacing for a heat pump?
There is no universal answer. Existing heating surfaces, heat demand and required temperatures must be assessed together. Describe the planned system change in your enquiry.
Can several apartments be commissioned together?
Yes. State the number of apartments and radiators, contact persons and possible access arrangements. We coordinate the scope and suitable work stages with you.
